Blind Cricket can be played by blind and partially sighted players. Players use a cricket ball that contains lead weights which causes the ball to "rattle" as its bowled. It is played at a Club,State and International Level |

| BOCCE |
Bocce is a game of skill and strategy. Bocce originated in Italy and is one of the oldest of all lawn bowling games. The object is for one team to get as many of their balls (boccia) closer to the pallina (the smallest ball) than the opposing team's closest ball. |

| BOCCIA |
Boccia is a modified version of the Italian lawn bowls game, Bocce. Boccia has been modified so people with disabilities, mostly people with cerebral palsy can play. Athletes are able to throw, bowl, kick or use assistive devices such as ramps, to propel leather balls as close as possible to a white target ball. (the jack.)

| GOALBALL |
Goalball is a competitive sport played 3 against 3, indoors on a gym floor, primarily by blind and visually impaired athletes. The aim is to throw a ball past your opponents goalline to score a goal. The ball has bells in it to allow players to hear the ball coming, which players will try to stop it by blocking with their bodies. |

Grab a board and hit the waves!! If you love the water then surfing is for you, from paddling in the local pool to ridng a wave on your own surfboard or body board, there is a level of surfing to suit people of all abilities. |

Gymnastics is a great way to keep fit and healthy. Can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. Some of the many categories of gymnastics include Floor, Rhythmic and Vault. |

| HORSE RIDING |
Horse riding can be enjoyed by people with all kinds of disabilities. Programs incluce basic horse riding, carriage driving, vaulting and dressage. Horse riding is also unique form of exercise and rehabilitation, helping to improve coordination balance and fitness. |

Indoor Cricket is a modified, 8-a-side version of cricket. Each team bats for 16 overs with each player getting a chance to bat and bowl. A fast action packed game that only takes a quater of the time to play then normal cricket. |

Indoor Soccer is a cross-disability activity played with six-player teams. The activity combines passing, catching, kicking, and throwing skills. A 10-inch rubber utility ball is used instead of a soccer ball. |

Integral Energy Sport No Limits is a program aimed at introducing sports to kids with a disability. The program involves children initially learning basic mobility skills before moving onto specific sports such as T-Ball and Soccer. This program is perfect for people who have not been active in the past and are looking to slowly get involved in sport.

Powerlifing is the ultimate test of upper body strength. Competitors must lower the bar to the chest, hold it motionless on the chest and then press it upwards to arms length with locked elbows. Competitive powerlifting is an open class meaning all athletes regardless of their disability lift against one another. |

| PUSH & POWER BALLOON SOCCER |
Push and Power Balloon Soccer is played on a basketball arena. A large 600mm balloon is used and the basic rules of soccer apply. An exciting game to play and an excellent spectator sport too. |

Push and Power Rugby League is played on the Basketball arena. Each team has a maximum of six players per side and is a highly skilled and entertaining game. ANYBODY who uses a wheelchair of any type can play.

Shooting is one of the most popular sports around the world and has been a Paralympic sport since the first Paralympic games in 1964. Categories include Small Bore, Air Rifle, Smallbore Target, Bench Rest and Sporting Rifle. Shooters aim at targets of various size with points awarded for shots close to bulls eye. |

Sitting Volleyball is a very quick and exciting game to play and watch. It is easy and fun to play at a recreational level and is also a Paralympic sport.
As players sit on the floor, and can hit the ball over the net with any part of their body, however lifting off the floor is not allowed. |

Snooker a form of pool played with 15 red balls and six balls of other colors and a cue ball. It can be played on tables varying in size to suit participants abilities. Snooker and Billards is available to people of all abilities. |

T - Ball is a modified version of baselball. Instead of the ball being pitched to the hitter, the ball is placed on a stationary Tee and is hit from that. T -Ball. Helps players learn basic catching, throwing and hitting skills. |

Table tennis is an enjoyable and fast-paced recreational competitive activity for individuals with disabilities. Two of the main reasons for its popularity are that it can be played almost anywhere and it can be easily adapted to meet an individual's ability level. There are two versions of table tennis in sport for people with a disability - ambulatory table tennis and wheelchair table tennis. |

Ten Pin Bowling is a very popular recreational and competitive activity enjoyed by individuals of all abilities. It is an indoor activity with minimal equipment adaptations and is easily accessible across the country. |

Tennis is a competitive recreational activity in which participants hit a tennis ball back and forth over a net and attempt to outplay their opponent by placing the ball in strategic areas of the court. Tennis has become more popular recently among individuals with disabilities. There are two versions of tennis within disability sport - ambulatory tennis and wheelchair tennis. Tennis is played in singles (one-on-one) or doubles (two-on-two). |

| CYCLING |
The speed and excitement inherent in all Cycling competitions is relatively new for people with a disability. Participants can use a bicycle, tricycle, tandem or handcycle. The competition programme includes Track and Road events for individuals and teams with Sprints, Individual Pursuits, 1,000m Time Trial, Road Races and Road Time Trials. Events are for both men and women. |

| WATER SKIING |
Water skiing has been adapted so that disabled athletes can participate and compete. Disabled water ski tournaments include slalom, tricks and jumping events in men and women divisions for blind individuals, multiplegics and leg and arm amputees. |

| WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL |
Wheelchair basketball has very similar rules to ambulatory basketball. The wheelchair is considered part of the player - therefore, general rules of contact apply. A player can only take two strokes of their wheelchair without dribbling and may only stay in the key for four seconds. |
