| Notes | Table tennis is an enjoyable and fast-paced recreational competitive activity for individuals with disabilities. Two of the main reasons for its popularity are that it can be played almost anywhere and it can be easily adapted to meet an individual's ability level. There are two versions of table tennis in sport for people with a disability - ambulatory table tennis and wheelchair table tennis. |
